Founding-pilot terms — during the founding pilot, payouts are reviewed and processed by our team on a regular cycle (not yet fully automated), and brands pre-fund a wallet rather than being invoiced in arrears.

The deal, in plain words

Creators place their Keyator link in their bio for free. Brands add funds to a wallet and bid to appear on creator pages, paying only for real, validated clicks. Each click is priced by a live auction: the winning brand pays just above the next-highest bid, never more than the maximum they set — so brands never overpay. Creators receive at least 70% of that price on each valid click; Keyator's fee is taken from the brand side.

Handles

Handles are unique, granted once, and first come, first served. You may not claim handles that impersonate other people or brands, infringe trademarks, or are misleading. We may reclaim handles that violate this, are obtained by automated means, or sit unused on unapproved accounts.

Creator terms

You must be 18+ (or the age of digital consent in your country) and own the social accounts you connect.
You earn at least 70% of the auction price on genuine, human clicks. Clicks we cannot validate as human earn nothing; fraudulent, incentivised, or automated clicks may end the account.
Earnings post to a settled ledger and are shown in your dashboard in the currency indicated there. They are reviewed and pay out on a regular cycle once your balance reaches the minimum shown in your dashboard.
Ads shown on your page are selected by the auction; you can report any advertiser from your dashboard.

Brand terms

Keyator is prepaid. You add funds to your wallet; each validated click is debited at the auction price (never above your max CPC bid), capped by your daily budget. There are no impression fees and no invoicing in arrears.
When your wallet balance is exhausted, your campaigns stop serving until you top up. Unused balance is refundable on request, less any clicks already delivered.
Every ad creative is human-reviewed before it can serve. It must be lawful, truthful, non-deceptive, and appropriate for a general audience. Clearly illegal, fraudulent, adult, hateful, or unsafe content (e.g. weapons, illicit drugs, malware, scams, counterfeit goods) is never allowed.
Some regulated categories — for example gambling, alcohol, tobacco/vaping, crypto/financial products, prescription or health products, and political ads — are off by default during the pilot and may only run with our prior written approval and the licences and disclosures the law requires.
You warrant that you own or are licensed to use everything in your ads, that they comply with all applicable laws and advertising codes in the regions you target, and that any claims are substantiated. You are responsible for the destination site and its data practices. You agree to indemnify Keyator against claims arising from your ads.
We may reject, pause, or remove any creative or campaign at our discretion, including after it has been approved.

Click validation

Every billable click is validated server-side against a signed, single-use impression token, per-visitor and per-campaign de-duplication, and rate and budget limits. Clicks that fail validation are recorded but not billed to brands and not paid to creators. We continually improve these controls and may withhold or reverse amounts tied to activity we determine to be invalid.

Privacy

We collect what the product needs and nothing more:

Account data — name, email, handle, platform, niches, payout method and payout email. Stored with Supabase (encrypted at rest). We never store full card numbers or bank account numbers on our servers; payments are handled by third-party processors under their own terms.
Click events — when someone visits a creator page or taps a link, we log the event type, the page handle, campaign, an irreversible hash of network/device signals used only for fraud prevention, and a timestamp. We do not build advertising profiles of visitors and we do not sell data. Ever.
Cookies & third parties — we use only what's required for sign-in. Creator pages set no third-party tracking cookies. Keyator self-hosts its own fonts and code, so loading a creator page does not hand your IP to any third-party CDN. Sponsored content is the exception: an ad's image or playable is served from the advertiser's own host, and a brand's retargeting pixel fires only after a visitor taps that brand's ad — both on the brand's side, which then receives standard request data such as an IP address as part of displaying or serving that ad.

You can export or delete your account data anytime by emailing hello@keyator.ai — deletion completes within 30 days. EU/UK visitors: our lawful basis is contract performance for accounts and legitimate interest for click measurement and fraud prevention.

The boring-but-important part

The service is provided "as is"; our total liability is capped at the fees we earned from you in the past 12 months. We may update these terms with notice by email. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Bengaluru having jurisdiction. If any clause is unenforceable, the rest stands.
