1. Platform Overview

Keyator.ai ("Keyator", "we", "us") is a bio-link monetisation platform operated by Fini LLC, a Delaware-registered company. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms in full.

2. Creator Terms

Creators receive earnings from brand auctions triggered when a visitor taps their Keyator bio link. Keyator processes earnings and remits payouts weekly via the method selected at onboarding. A platform service fee applies. No guarantees of minimum earnings are made. Creators must own or have authorisation for the social handles registered.

3. Brand Terms

Brands pay per winning bid in a real-time first-price auction. Billing is invoice-only, denominated in USD, with Net 7 payment terms. Campaigns are activated upon payment confirmation. Keyator reserves the right to reject or pause campaigns that violate community standards or advertiser policies.

4. Approval Policy

All applications — creator and brand — are reviewed manually. Keyator may decline applications at its sole discretion. Approved accounts remain subject to ongoing review and may be suspended for violations of these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

Creators retain ownership of their content and likeness. By joining, creators grant Keyator a limited licence to display their public profile data (name, handle, niche, follower count) to brands for targeting purposes only.

6. Privacy

Personal data (email, payout details) is never shared publicly or sold to third parties. Payout data is stored encrypted. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Limitation of Liability

Keyator is not liable for lost earnings, interrupted campaigns, or platform downtime beyond its reasonable control. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 30 days.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Disputes are subject to binding arbitration.

9. Changes to Terms

Keyator may update these Terms with 7 days' notice via email. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
